Easter is just around the corner and with the smell of freshly baked hot cross buns drifting out of our bakery door each morning you know it can't be far away! Pop in and see our new range of Easter tray bakes and cupcakes too and treat yourself this Easter!

LIVE ON BBC RADIO LINCOLNSHIRE

This morning we were joined in the bakery by Harry Parkhill from BBC Radio Lincolnshire, who came over to talk to us all about our hot cross buns. Harry was very hands on and helped with production throughout the morning as he described to listeners the sights and sounds of the bakery. A challenge to see how many buns Harry could 'cross' within one minute, proved its actually a lot harder than it looks.
